I believe the strongest ideas only matter if they work with real educators, real learners, real schedules, and real systems. That belief is why I do this work: not to hand organizations a binder of best practices, but to help them build something that actually holds up on a Tuesday in March, three years from now.
As my work grew beyond the classroom, I kept coming back to the same question: how do we turn strong ideas about learning into something educators feel confident to use? Today, that question shapes my work with Pre-K-16+ schools, districts, state agencies, universities, and organizations across the U.S. and internationally.
